Dear FMRG Customers:

We are very pleased to announce that on November 9, 2011 OnLINE FM, LLC purchased the business of the Facilities Management Resource Group (FMRG) and will continue to provide full service and support under any existing software subscription, maintenance or support agreement you may currently have with FMRG.

Most of the FMRG staff are still on board with the FMRG business as full-time employees of OnLINE, and are still located in Utah. We have done everything possible to provide seamless continuity of the outstanding service and support you have come to expect from FMRG and you should see no change or disruption of maintenance and support for your FM Works and ARCHIBUS systems. All the phone and fax numbers and email addresses are still the same, so there is no change in contact procedures.

Established in 1991, OnLINE FM is a well-established and highly respected firm that delivers software and services exclusively related to the analysis, planning, design, implementation and support of Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

We are very pleased to have FMRG come under OnLINE’s ownership and management.
